A Nice Review at a Neat Site!
Shawn Hoke over at Comic Book Galaxy gave Little House a really nice review in his column, Size Matters! It's a classy new column focusing on mini comics, and Shawn's off to a fast start. Of course anything regarding mini comics is pretty cool, but this column is also thoughtful and well-written. Check it out!
In other news, Drew is working wildly on a comic for the SPX anthology that's due tomorrow. He accidentally ran over the cat's tail with the computer chair, which made him depressed. I'm making a tiny wooden Little House where you pull a string and the wings flap. Does it work yet? (no.)
Box Sets Ready to Roll
Hey, folks! The Box Sets are all printed up, so all orders will be shipped post-haste. I have sworn (pretty seriously, too) to never print up these sets again, and there are only sixty left! Also! Cute new packaging for the gumball minis and Slow Form to Worm! (For what it's worth.)
Proto Little House
Th' latest news is that I'm moving in with Drew and Antar! This means that everything will be mostly the same as before, except that we had to move several tons of my junk into Drew's room, and I now pay rent. In a sense, Drew and I are experimenting with a proto-real-life little house (apartment). And Drew built us a flat-file! It's two cheapo metal shelves bolted together, and works like a charm. If any of you need a flat-file and don't want to shell out hundreds of dollars, I would suggest this trick. Another suggestion: just throw away all that crap you drew in freshman year. Nobody wants to see it.
