I suspect to Uncle Vikram all these monsters are common place enough that he is less aware of Margo’s current investigations, although she clearly has his permission to invite friends over from school, come and go as she pleases and ride a moped. I imagine he taught her all about the underground, partly to keep her out of trouble, but I’ve known enough plucky young people that becoming an investigator for kids plagued with the unknown is perhaps her own idea. We still don’t know her own family’s origins, which makes me wonder, who are they really? Where are her parents and why does she have such a great desire to help kids who are so clearly not aware of the monsters living in their midst?
That wasn’t your butt, either!
I wonder: where did Margo learn all this?
